This project is over and I'm glad. The problem i had with this project is I had a lot of ideas with this level, but turns out wasn't sure how to properly use them. I wanted to blend materials with other materials and normal/AO maps, however, to blend with Normal and AO maps and to vertex paint, was to make a different material for each mesh, it still worked fine but I think its more resource heavy, although I'm not too sure. I think it works and I'm still happy with the scene but because of setbacks like this some meshes aren't textured, well barely textured. I would like to come back to this and re-texture some of the more unique meshes, instead of relying on tile-able textures.










Also the buildings in the distant, I do not like the look of them, I did a quick re-texture/model of the buildings but i am not a fan of the results. I like the white box contrast look more and think i will keep it that until I redo them if I have time after the re-texture of the other assets as previously mentioned. For now I'll leave it but i definitely need to come back to.
